I am a daughter. I am a father. I am a doctor.
I am a player. I am tall. I am creative. I am American.
I am Christian. I am celibate. I am depressed. I am happy.
I am rich. I am happy. I am spiritual.
I am This. I am That.
We know ourselves only in relation to something –
Role, feeling, attribute, affiliation, status…
When we say, “I am”, the mind asks – I am what?
What are we before the intrusion of the mind?
It demands a new kind of knowing.
First knowing:
I Am – The Story Of Me.
Second knowing:
I Am.
No Story. Just Awareness.
